Sheikh Muhammad Faizal Shah
He always loved teaching, so it was natural to see this Academy take shape. A man with ideas in abundance, consistently dreaming, thinking and planning, you’d need to read his mind to know what was the next big idea he had. Truth be told, this Academy is a mirror to what he sees people to be: better people, skillful people and a place for people to love, respect and appreciate discourse.
His vast experiences as a debater, a public speaker and as a trainer, allowed him to establish this Academy, by ensuring that the business runs with only the best quality trainers that one can offer. He is loved by all his students as he coaches institutions such as ADNI Islamic School, Methodist Boys’ School and as well Convent Bukit Nanas. He also previously coached Catholic High School PJ and KDU University & College.
His main passion in opening this Academy is to create an avenue for people to improve their soft skills, through education that cannot be obtained in the usual classroom setting or in books. To him, the Academy is an outlet for his love of teaching and sharing knowledge with the world. He believes, with enough experience, hard work and good support, he can reach out better to people and make them better, in every way possible.
Chief Financial Officer
She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, she loves multi-tasking, organization and she loves coaching. She was always going to complete this puzzle.
Groomed even from her student days to host university and international events, she understood the nitty-gritty details of running and setting up an event. As a former President of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) English Debate Club, she had and still has remarkable work ethics as she never fails at the delivery of her work. Able to manage and compartmentalize different sectors of students and work, she showcased a very strong leadership role as an assistant program manager of the OIC Debating Championship 2013. Her management experiences and accounting background was further enhanced through her working experiences in PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PwC) as well as Zanerva Sdn. Bhd., a company specializing in corporate training, where there she held a position of Senior Coordination and Finance Executive – ranging from event management to daily finance tasks for events in Southeast Asia to the Middle East.
Time did not limit her potential to try other things, as she was also a debater and a public speaker during her university years, whilst juggling her part-time job as a trainer in IIUM and other schools.
