Sheikh Muhammad Faizal is keen to redefine what Debates and Public Speaking as from a sport for the elite, to a necessary experience needed for every young child to unlock their hidden potential to think and communicate their ideas thoroughly; hence the Public Speaking and Debate Education outlook of NOUS. Over the past 5 years, he has travelled far and wide to expose students all around Malaysia, positively impacting 25,000 students through various competitions, workshops and classes teaching Public Speaking and Debates to them along the way.
Moving forward, he envisions Public Speaking and Debates as a medium of learning and aims to impart knowledge and tools needed to start their own journey of mastery of these skills through accessing clear, easy to understand and intuitive content over Live-Online classes.
Sheikh Faizal is currently completing a Masters in Educational Management in University Malaya (UM). Previously he was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Political Science (Specialising in International Relations & Philosophy) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM).

Her passion for changing the world has driven her to start this company with the other partners and she believes that education is the way to go in making that difference. She has dedicated her life to lifelong learning to learn across different industries – Event Management, Corporate Training, Entrepreneurship and Non-Profit Organisation – despite having a degree in Accountancy from IIUM.
Her experience in debate and public speaking is built from her active university days as a representative of IIUM in debate and public speaking competitions – representing the university regionally and internationally. She’s fortunate to also be able to curate her debate and public speaking experience through plenty of coaching opportunity such as the Asian Debate Institute Trainer in South Korea.
In her free time, she dabbles in humanitarian work and advocacy for the rights of refugees and migrants. Khadijah is also pursuing Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan Business School.
